#15 Making Space for What You Want
When you’re feeling stuck and you have certain things that you’re trying to achieve, one of the best strategies can be to take a step back and make some space in your life. You can do this in a variety of different ways. The point of it, though, is to get rid of what is no longer serving you well and create the means for new things that you actually do want to come into your life.
In this episode of the podcast, I talk about how you can declutter your mindset, your physical space, or even your energetic and emotional blocks in order to move forward. This is also a great exercise to do when you’re you’re starting a new project or venture and needing that renewed sense of possibility. So to give yourself that openness, it’s time to make space and clear out the old.
