#13 Identify resistance and get back into alignment

When you’re trying to manifest success in your life, you may have some ideas in your head about what you should be doing or the way that you’re supposed to do something. And if you’ve been feeling any resistance to things moving forward for you or if things just don’t feel like they’re coming easily for you, then maybe that’s a sign that something is out of alignment for you.

Resistance versus making success flow easily on the Your Tailor-Made Biz podcast from Kristen Leigh King

Resistance in your life and your business is something that we all need to pay attention to because it’s a flag that you need to reassess. It’s a time to take a good, hard look at what you’re doing and ask yourself if it’s actually serving you well, if it makes sense for what you want in your life, and whether you’re going about things in a way that feels good and lights you up. If you’re unsure of any of those things, then there’s a good chance that’s why you’ve been resisting or that things have been more difficult than they should be.

It’s okay for success to come easily. In fact, you should let it come easily to you by doing what feels right and in alignment with your soul. So in order to do that, you need to reassess things every now and then especially when resistance shows up. In this episode, I walk you through how you can spot resistance and this feeling of things being harder than they should be and what to do about it. You’ll also get a short little mantra to say to yourself to ease into a more fulfilling flow.

And in this episode, I mentioned my upcoming book, No Niche Necessary. This book is for you if you want to learn more about how to integrate your many passions into a soulful, fulfilling entrepreneurial career that makes an impact on the world.
